We ship worldwide!

Shipping Speed

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours (weekends and holidays excluded).

Delivery Time

Our small team carefully packs each order at our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. Delivery typically takes 3-9 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Options

We select the fastest shipping option available for every order. Express shipping is not offered at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $70 CAD within the US and Canada ship FREE.
  • Orders under $70 CAD within the US and Canada have a flat shipping rate of $5 CAD.
  • Orders outside of North America have a flat shipping rate of $15 CAD.

Shipping Protection

For your peace of mind, we automatically add optional $2 shipping protection to each order. This covers any shipping issues that may arise. You can opt out of this during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Most tracking information updates within 48 business hours. Contact us if you have any issues with tracking.

Order Changes and Edits

We understand that things happen! While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee any changes, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change your address after placing your order,1 contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to assist if the order hasn’t shipped.

Order Edits and Cancellations

Due to our quick shipping times, we cannot guarantee any order edits or cancellations once an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we’ll do our best to help.
